Paubrasil is transparently certified as part of the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program. Coffees certified with the Designation of Origin are grown on farms in an area encompassing 55 municipalities that produce coffees with a unique identity, resulting from the combination of climate, soil, terrain, elevation, and the “know-how” of producers. Paubrasil’s contributing producers belong to one of nine cooperatives or six associations affiliated with the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation, have signed a statement of good practices in accordance with Brazilian labor laws and store coffee in accredited warehouses post-harvest.
Story: This is the first blend we have offered since we started roasting coffee in 2014 and its name is a reflection of our journey. We first started roasting coffee at home on a small tabletop roaster. Whenever we had family and friends over we would serve them freshly roasted coffee. It was over those cups of coffee that the vision for Good Manner was born. Our hope is that you too will brew this coffee in the space that you call home, that you would share it with your family and friends and that over your cups of coffee - vision will be born.
Profile: Together these coffees are sweet, balanced, and full-bodied, which make for an excellent espresso or brewed coffee. This blend will be available year-round and while the components will change seasonally, the coffee will remain consistent, complex and delicious with notes of caramel, bittersweet dark chocolate and hazelnut.
