Story: This natural processed Ethiopian coffee is produced by Wondimu Unu. He's been cultivating coffee for 15 years but this is the first year he's been able to sell it as a micro-lot. This coffee is produced organically. Wondimu meticulously harvests ripe cherries and places them on raised drying beds in thin layers for 18-21 days. This results in an aroma and flavor that is unlike any Ethiopian coffee we've ever tasted.
Impact:Coffee farming is Wondimu's main source of income that he uses to support his 8 children.
